This diet thing&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently I have been working on trying to loose weight. My current inspiration, which I didn&#8217;t save a link, is a person that did it w\/o a &#8220;diet&#8221;. They just simply watched what they ate and behaved themselves. They didn&#8217;t go into details&#8230; But I have tried that along w\/ a few other things. One of them was trying to take to heart what Alton Brown taught on Good Eats, Though 1 drink a week is really not going to happen w\/ yet another life style change. Another is I bought a a Wii Fit +. Between the two I have been able to loose some weight, but I know it is going to more&#8230; And more attention. One thing that was suggested was I post what I do\/eat on a blog for all to see to &#8220;shame&#8221; me into good behavior.
