FTD sucks

So, I thought ahead and ordered flowers 6 days before Valentines so I could try to make sure my order is taken care of at the top of the queue. Well, It seems that FTD didn’t get the memo that people tend to send flowers and misc assortments on Feb. 14th and didn’t plan accordingly. Calling their phone number you either get a busy signal or a recorded message saying they are idiots and their phone system has been disabled… Well, Not in those exacts words. They put a little better PC/PR speak into it.

I don’t do flowers… Hardly ever… But if they can’t get at least 1 out of 2 orders right, They obviously don’t know what they are doing. And the other time wasn’t on a holiday, Just one person’s birthday.
