Here it is over a week later, Due to my job and having to work nights lately I hadn’t taken the time just yet to call them back… They told me 5 “business” days over a holiday weekend so I figured yesterday would be the earliest they would of heard anything.
Well, I get an email saying my statement is ready… I am just sitting on a SEV1 support call in case I am needed so I go to check the link… THEY STILL FREAKIN haven’t taken it off. I am still being charged for both service’s.
I try to be nicer this time… Really… I did… I am not sure from what the guy said… He either said it hadn’t been processed or that it doesn’t show it was done… Wasn’t very clear about it. Supposedly… He put it out there again… Not sure it is going to happen this time either, but at least I was able to get a direct number out of him. Though I think he did this cause he didn’t want me talking to his supervisor/manager for some reason.
Either way, I did the math, reverse engineered there pro-rate charge (Yeah, Yeah, It is called algebra) and come up w/ the fact they owe me $165.16 in the form of a check before they see another one from me.
Glad I turned off the EFT otherwise I would be up to $260.16 they owe me. Figures only Comcast thinks they are so good I should be paying them double.
Maybe I should hit up the guy on @ComcastCares… Though I haven’t seen him post in a long time. Maybe they killed him off. Too much good press for them.
